Bear Complex

Use as much weight as possible in perfect form.
The kettlebells can not rest on the ground until
 all 7 cycles are complete.
Double Clean x 1
Double Front Squat x 1
Double Push Press x 1
Double Front Squat x 1
Double Push Press x 1
Repeat 7 times
Complete the entire complex 5 times
